For writing projects, we bill on the agreed target length, not the final count, so a few extra words never change your invoice. For translation, proofreading and editing, we bill on the source document's word count.
New one-off projects over $300 are split 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly packages are invoiced at the start of each month. Payments are safely processed via secure B2B channels.
The minimum project size is 500 words, or $25 for proofreading. Smaller jobs can be bundled together into one order.
Rush projects are delivered within 48 hours of brief approval, with the same research, quality checks and revision rounds as standard orders. Rush availability depends on the calendar, so confirm before you book.
